We Plan Epoxy Flooring Around Your Business
A floor is only out of service for as long as the plan allows, so every job starts with one question: when is the building quiet? We then phase the epoxy flooring zone by zone, at night, over weekends or during a shutdown, so the business keeps running.
Every quote shows the schedule in writing: which areas are closed, for how many hours, and when each one is ready for foot traffic, vehicles and forklifts.
We Test The Slab Before We Price Epoxy Flooring
Moisture in the slab is the most common reason a floor coating fails, and you cannot see it by looking at the concrete. We test for moisture at the site walk, check the cracks and joints, and look for oil and old coatings that have to come off.
Only after that do we choose a system and write a price. If the readings call for a vapour barrier primer, it goes on the quote as its own line, with the reason written beside it.
Central Alberta Is Hard On Concrete Floors
Long cold winters, clay soil and heavy equipment all show up in Red Deer floors. Trucks bring gravel and salt into heated shops, unheated warehouses sit too cold for standard epoxy for months at a time, and clay under the slab opens up cracks as it swells and shrinks.
We plan for all of it. Slabs are warmed when they need to be, cold weather materials are used where heating is not practical, and every crack and joint is repaired before any coating goes down. Our concrete floor repair page explains how.
Every Epoxy Flooring Quote Names The Details
Every written quote from us names the preparation method, the products, the number of coats, the finished thickness, the crack and joint repairs, the square footage and the return to service times. Nothing important is left to a phone call.
That makes our epoxy flooring quotes easy to compare with any other, and it means the floor you get is the floor you were quoted.
